Do you want to drive the digital development in our warehouse operations?

At Logent, we are looking for a structured and technically interested Warehouse Management System (WMS) Coordinator who wants to take key responsibility for our WMS and ensure that our processes run efficiently – day in, day out.

About the role: As a WMS Coordinator, you are our internal expert and superuser for our various WMS platforms. You work at the intersection of IT, operations, and customers, ensuring that the system supports business needs in the best possible way. An important part of the role is also to coordinate and optimize work related to our automation facility.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and optimize daily operations in our WMS environment
  • Coordinate flows and handle exceptions
  • Troubleshoot system-related issues and coordinate solutions with IT and suppliers
  • Drive and participate in projects regarding development, system upgrades, customer implementations, and new processes
  • Train and support operational staff in the use of the system environment
  • Act as a link between warehouse operations, IT, and system suppliers
  • Analyze data and prepare materials for the efficiency improvement of warehouse processes

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with WMS in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Is accustomed to working with development, system configuration, parameter setting, or similar tasks
  • Has a good understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, picking, shipping, inventory)
  • Communicates clearly in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
  • Is self-reliant, solution-oriented, and thrives in a role with great variety

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience from a multi-client 3PL environment with several parallel customer assignments
  • Previous experience with IMI-Go, IMI, Astro, AutoStore, or E-manager
  • Experience in project management or driving change initiatives
